Our products will be our trademark to the world. Therefore, each product needs to reflect our values. Our creative process, which we coined as "Distilling Culture," is the formula that allows us to create unique and interesting products with a strong identity, a competitive edge, and that positively impact a well-distributed chain of local providers.

By blending several concepts from Andean cultures and their surroundings with whisky culture, we are creating valuable spirits that can stand out in the competitive world of whisky.

We believe that Bolivia is a "promised land" to make great whisky for many reasons. We are blessed with a multitude of fine grains and woods, and our diverse geography allows us to select the type of environment we want our spirits to age in.

If that were not enough, ancient cultures have already been fermenting grains for ages. This is how we managed to create our products that currently share the following characteristics:

All of our Products Share the
Following Characteristics:

Andean Watershed

Straight from the Andean mountain range

Our fresh water is sourced from snow packed Andean mountains. This water is naturally filtered through miles of virgin rocks and sand before arriving subterraneously to our source 80 meters below the distillery.

Bolivian Hand
Harvested Grains

Our diverse geography and climates create several conditions that allow us to source all of our grains locally.

With the exception of yellow corn, the other grains we use are gently hand-harvested. Our region provides us with unique grains that are not grown anywhere else.

We have Bolivian Royal quinoa, the emerging cañahua, as well as many corn varieties. These exotic ingredients are the spices in whisky that enable new combinations of flavors. Click on each grain to get more detailed information.

Distilled at High Altitude

The distillation takes place at 4,000 meters above sea level (13,000 feet)

This occurs at lower temperatures, which means that the wash gets less battered than distillations at sea level, resulting in more flavor being released in the spirits.

Authentic Identity

Our brands and designs are developed by local creatives who draw inspiration authentically from our region to create original designs that carry a strong identity without compromising the elements that make a quality brand.

Our Brands:

We currently have two lines of whisky, each with a different style. We decided to name our brands with indigenous words, each from a different Andean culture and language.
