We consider critical that as the team starts growing, to develop a strong culture within the company. The proper communication, values, and alignment are extremely important if we want to form a competitive team.

We currently have some profiles in mind that already worked with us and that show potential to fulfill their jobs in determined areas. Given the current state of our project, we designed a structure with the basic roles that we consider important to reach the milestones proposed in our plan.
