Customer relationships

A relationship has to be established and maintained with clients to enable a healthy, profitable and lasting relation.

We need to establish and maintain healthy relationships with our customers, therefore we see the need to give personal assistance in order to educate and clear doubts when we acquire a new customer. New whisky consumers might require specific personal guidance before becoming customers. Once acquired, we need to involve them to build a faithful community around our company, so we plan to develop concepts of whisky along with them. With our databases, we will be able to give automated sales and promotions to our members through special discounts, birthday presents, and newsletters.

Visitors will always access personal assistance from a bartender, a sommelier, a guide, or from a waiter in private events. We need to hook visitors to become part of our community and to care for the company. We can encourage them to become loyal customers with gifts according to their sales history in our database.

The promotional gifts will be samples, discounts and similar strategies that will be given to the different customers and potential customers. We will create a data base in order to track the commercial history, tastes, birthday, and other important information that can help our company to provide a better customer experience
