Ingredients

Our diverse geography created several conditions that lets us source all grains locally.
At the exception of yellow corn, the rest of the different grains we have available are hand produced in a very caring way.

Our terroir gives us unique grains that don’t grow anywhere else. We have the bolivian royal quinoa and the emerging cañahua as well as many corn strains that we haven’t tested yet. Our exotic ingredients are the spices in whisky that enable new combinations in a world where new consumers are looking for new flavors.

High Altitude Distillation

The Benefits of Distilling at Altitude

The distillation takes place at 4,000 meters above sea level (13,000 feet), this means that it occurs at lower temperatures, demanding less energy. What’s more interesting is that the wash gets less beaten up, releasing more flavor in the spirits.
